WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

HOW BIG ARE THE BLANKETS?

Our blankets are 60" x 72" 
They are rectangular and feature a rolled hem. Perfect for folding up, tossing in its bag and taking anywhere! 

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME ON MY ORDER?

Indi Jade is 100% handmade. Items are shipped within 10-14 business days. 

\WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We are happy to help you with a return/exchange of eligible items within 7 days of your order arriving. Returns that meet our eligibility requirements will be refunded the cost of the items returned.

Items are only eligible if they are unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of defective or incorrect items. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items for any defects before wear or use.  

If items shipped back to us do not meet our eligibility requirements and we cannot process the return/exchange, Indi Jade will not be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to the buyer. 

Be sure not to open your packages with scissors or sharp objects, as we cannot offer returns/exchanges to damaged products.
